Delivery policy

All orders will be dispatched within 1-7 working days after shipment. The products usually take 10-15 working days to arrive after dispatch.

Please note that the transportation time does not include the processing time.

The total time required to receive the order is the processing time plus the transportation time, which is estimated to be 11 to 18 working days.

Please make sure to provide a detailed delivery address (including the street number). Otherwise, our customer service team will notify you, which may result in delayed shipment.

After your goods are dispatched, we will notify you by email and provide a tracking number.
